What you'll do

  • Serve as primary SpaceX technical focal point for Starlink Aviation,: interfacing with airline/customer operations point-of-contact

  • Develop and document procedures to train internal on-call operators for: customer support, remote troubleshooting, and debugging

  • Own external-facing certification and airline contractual deliverables in: support of troubleshooting and maintenance of Starlink Aviation systems

  • Coordinate and support Starlink Aviation installations and provisioning to the network

  • Build, test, and maintain representative ground test setups to reproduce: field issues and aid in root-cause issues

  • Provide hands-on support for site surveys for new product development and hardware investigations in the field

What they're looking for

  • Monitor fleet health and take ownership of the overall performance of the: installed fleet, coordinating with software, network, and aircraft technicians to resolve issues that are impacting service level in an expedited manner
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • + years of professional work experience in information technology, aviation,: aerospace, consumer electronics, or technical support or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • + years of experience working with technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics
