• Own the infrastructure performance budget that underpins mission timelines: network latency, compute capacity, service availability, data pipeline throughput, failover and prove it holds under operational conditions
• Serve as MDI's senior technical authority during exercises and deployments:: ensure the deployed infrastructure stack enables platform teams to execute coordinated operations without digital infrastructure being the bottleneck at any layer
• Build the deployment playbooks: repeatable, documented, trainable procedures for standing up the complete expeditionary infrastructure stack in new locations with new operators
• Validate that edge services, data processing, and classification boundary: controls perform correctly under operational load not just network connectivity, but the full digital stack
