What you'll do
Lead new product introduction activities for autonomous vehicle hardware: systems from prototype builds through pilot and production launch.
Coordinate cross-functional readiness across engineering, manufacturing,: quality, supply chain, and supplier teams to support successful product industrialization.
Develop and drive build plans, manufacturing planning, build documentation,: and risk mitigation actions for new hardware programs.
Partner with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for: manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and production scalability.
Support prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and initial production builds by: coordinating materials, build execution, issue tracking, and corrective actions.
Drive issue resolution and closure for build-related defects,: nonconformances, process breakdowns, and supplier readiness concerns.
What they're looking for
- Support product lifecycle management activities including BOM maintenance,: workflow coordination, release execution, user support, and data integrity oversight.
- Assist with engineering change implementation, release coordination,: deviation tracking, and configuration updates to ensure traceability and alignment across builds.
- Help administer PLM workflows, access controls, system usage practices, and: documentation standards in support of engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in launch processes, build execution,: manufacturing efficiency, and change management practices.
