What you'll do
Execute end-to-end shipments across all modes (FCL, LCL, import and export),: including bookings, documentation, planning and milestone tracking.
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, trucking providers,: CFS/warehouse operators and customs teams to keep shipments on time and on spec.
Troubleshoot shipment exceptions proactively and escalate issues with clear: context and a recommended path forward.
Maintain data accuracy across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and client SLAs.
Support account managers and customs teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions anchored in AI, code, and automation.
What they're looking for
- Build or contribute to internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that reduce: manual effort and improve data quality.
- Leverage AI tools proactively in your daily work—from drafting client: communications to analysing shipment data—and share learnings with the team.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement; if you see something broken, fix it.
- Work directly with country management, operations leads, and sales teams to: align on priorities and client needs.
