The opportunity
The Anduril Maritime team is a dedicated group of driven professionals passionate about advancing subsea technology and delivering innovative capabilities to meet our customers’ needs. We are seeking an Operational Support Engineer to join the Dive-XL Field Operations team.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end logistics coordination for field operations; ensure timely: procurement, delivery, and availability of all gear and support equipment across multiple assets.
Drive sparing strategy and maintain critical spare inventory levels to minimize operational downtime.
Coordinate with supply chain managers on procurement priorities, lead times, and inventory management.
Lead Field Ops consumables tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
Manage RMA processes for defective equipment in coordination with field team and quality.
Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs and: heavy-duty equipment in the field.
What they're looking for
- Hoisting Engineer License
- HMT 252 Shipping Excepted Lithium Batteries
- Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices
- Experience supporting autonomous vehicle or marine operations
- Prior military logistics or expeditionary support experience
- T Captains License
