The opportunity
The Anduril Maritime team is a dedicated group of driven professionals passionate about advancing subsea technology and delivering innovative capabilities to meet our customers’ needs. We are seeking an Operational Support Lead to join the Dive-XL Field Operations team.
What you'll do
Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs and: heavy-duty equipment in the field.
Own equipment readiness standards across all operational assets; establish: and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
Conduct monthly inventories of equipment spread across multiple assets and ensure accountability.
Maintain an organized warehouse with properly stored materials, equipment, and inventory.
Maintain and Operate a variety of vessels in support of onwater operations
Support site surveys for new and existing operational locations; identify: logistical requirements and constraints.
What they're looking for
- Hoisting Engineer License
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Oracle (or equivalent ERP systems)
- HMT 252 Shipping Excepted Lithium Batteries
- Knowledge of offshore HSE policies and best practices
- Experience supporting autonomous vehicle or marine operations
- Prior military logistics or expeditionary support experience
