- Collaborate with the production leaders to communicate daily goals,: production targets, and safety briefings to the team. Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure the on-time completion of tasks and orders.
- Strictly adheres to the SQF Food Safety Code while monitoring the warehouse: floor to ensure all employees consistently follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) rules.
- Drives a proactive “see something, say something” culture, effectively: escalating concerns and taking swift action appropriate to their level of responsibility.
