The opportunity

What you'll do
End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment: for all deployments, maintenances, and demos.
Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer: contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities.
Responsible for working within systems to mirror physical hardware: deployment, maintenance, and reverse logistics.
Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse partners, business leaders, and: external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully.
White glove service and ownership of domestic and international shipping of Anduril hardware to end customers.
Proactively identify, propose, and solve logistical processes and risks.
What they're looking for
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customer’s needs are met: to enable continuous improvement.
- + years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup or logistics environment
- Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting: systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
- Basic efficiency in Excel
