The opportunity
Location: This is a hybrid role to one of our following sites: Chicago, New York City or Goodyear, AZ
What you'll do
Manage escalations (from production facilities, vendors, or etc) quickly and: efficiently through a structured approach and effective and comprehensive communication
Execute weekly ops Manage completion of accurate weekly costing, scrubbing,: and invoice approvals; support finance processes weekly and monthly through research. Execute credits, refunds, RTVs effectively.
Ensure that launch is completed on time and accurately for all SKUs
Manage tickets and communications: responses are quick, comprehensive, and issues are closed out.
Manage PO placement, communication, improvements and issue resolution
Serve as primary POC for DC communications, questions, ad-hoc training, escalations, and problem resolution

- PTO management and coverage
- Identify and track week-over-week trends, with data. Brainstorm solutions to: resolve, and work on resolving with Sr Manager / AD.
- Communicate effectively Build relationships and processes with production facilities and strategy teams
- Encourage clear, strong, comprehensive communication with the team
