What you'll do
Define and own the testing strategy for packaging materials, aligning: validation plans with food safety, supply chain and product goals
Identify gaps in validation coverage and design new test protocols to close them
Oversee and continuously improve use of mechanical testing equipment, climate: chambers, leak testers, and related lab infrastructure
Analyze test data to identify trends, risks, and root causes, report findings: and validation status to stakeholders, flagging risks proactively.
Own and evolve equipment/test Operating Procedures, ensuring methods reflect best practice.
Partner cross-functionally (Packaging, Food Safety, Supply Chain) to ensure: business decisions and disruption mitigation
What they're looking for
- Maintain lab standards (5S) and ensure compliance with safety policies
- + years of experience in materials testing, packaging engineering, or a related lab/engineering environment
- Degree or strong background in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science,: Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analysis skills; comfort translating technical results into business-relevant insights
