Partnership Manager, Connected WarfarePosted today$145K

The opportunity

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems.

What you'll do

  • Own partner relationships end-to-end. Manage the full lifecycle of multiple: high-visibility partnerships — from initial engagement and scoping through contract execution and delivery — ensuring measurable outcomes for both Anduril and our partners.

  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for assigned partners,: streamlining communications, maintaining strategic alignment, and deconflicting engagements across Anduril's broader organization.

  • Drive integration and interoperability. Work hands-on with engineering teams: and partners to ensure seamless technical integration of partner capabilities into the NGC2 architecture. Understand system interfaces, data flows, and integration dependencies well enough to troubleshoot issues and unblock progress.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders. Navigate complex,: multi-stakeholder environments — coordinating across Anduril engineering, product, program management, business development, and customer organizations to keep partnerships aligned and moving forward.

  • Be business-minded. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): for partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new partnership opportunities that expand the program's reach and capability.

  • Ensure delivery excellence. Coordinate complex logistics and get hands-on: with Anduril technology to ensure partners can effectively integrate and operate our products. You are as comfortable in a lab or field environment as you are in a boardroom.

What they're looking for

  • Represent Anduril with credibility. Engage confidently in formal customer: engagements, partner workshops, and demos. Communicate clearly and compellingly to audiences ranging from engineers to general officers.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex, technical partnerships: simultaneously — such as in technical program management, systems integration, or account management roles.
  • Experience managing B2B and prime-subcontractor relationships, including: agreement and contract development, negotiation, and execution.
