What you'll do
Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business: Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to: People leadership. Measure program efficacy using new hire surveys and completion analytics.
Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking: feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.
Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management: portfolio, including supporting projects in employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, and performance programs.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent: Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
