- Launch enablement & approvals: Partner with PMO, Systems, Operations, and Communications teams to successfully launch new solutions, and facilitate approval processes (legal, compliance, data) by identifying decision-makers and driving sign-off.
- + years of experience in product development, technical program management,: or internal systems design in an internal HR business function, including experience in global mobility technology, within high-growth or technology companies
- AI and LLM fluency, including practical experience using LLM-based tools
- Superior ability to understand and map out system-agnostic business: requirements across complex, interconnected systems and support their translation to technology
