What you'll do
Use SQL to transform raw ERP data extractions into structured datasets within a centralized GitHub repository
Use Palantir’s Foundry platform to generate dashboards and automated: workflows backed by Python/Typescript code repositories
Work with planning leaders to define key performance metrics and implement systems for tracking over time
Eliminate repetitious processes with programmatic automation in Python
Manage cross-functional projects with clear and concise communication on timelines
Assess and incorporate external data sources and software that could bring valuable insight for planners
What they're looking for
- You have strong operational instincts and a track record of owning complex,: ambiguous planning problems from start to finish.
- You think strategically and execute tactically —you’re just as comfortable: designing a planning framework as you are diving into the details of a late supplier PO.
- You bring a data-driven mindset and can turn analytics into action; you know: how to interpret demand signals, build plans, and communicate clearly.
- You’re systems fluent , with experience working across ERP platforms (e.g.,: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and can partner effectively with technical teams to improve tooling.
- You lead with cross-functional empathy —understanding the needs of: engineering, product, deployment, and finance to align priorities and deliver business outcomes.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building structure in environments that are scaling fast.
- You are high ownership, low ego , and value results over credit.
- You anticipate friction before it happens and proactively work to prevent issues rather than react to them.
