What they're looking for
- Serve as a senior cross-functional partner, using operational expertise and: platform insights to help shape product strategy and improve how the ecosystem works.
- Have 8+ years of experience in program management, developer operations,: product operations, or related fields.
- Are comfortable engaging with technical concepts such as MCP, APIs, OAuth,: authentication, permissions, and data flows, even if you're not writing production code.
- Exercise strong operational judgment and can balance speed, safety, and: business priorities when making decisions.
