What you'll do
Support daily operational logistics including delivery receiving, restocking,: and internal distribution of supplies
Conduct daily checks of water jug stations, soda bibs, and CO₂ systems to: maintain uptime and service reliability
Fulfill and deliver requisitions accurately, ensuring communication and: documentation via internal systems and team channels
Assist with weekly inventory counts and ordering cycles to support production and service schedules
Verify product quality, expiration, and invoice accuracy during receiving; escalate discrepancies as needed
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently once trained
What they're looking for
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage and staging areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, café, and facilities teams to: anticipate needs and prevent shortages
- Support special projects or operational setups as assigned by site leadership
- LENGTH OF POSITION: 3 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need)
