Own end-to-end delivery of Core IT's highest-impact projects and programs,: from problem definition through implementation, across multiple systems and business domains.
What they're looking for
- Define the problem space on the organization's most significant and ambiguous: issues, rather than solving problems that are already scoped, and advise IT leadership on how to think about entire classes of problems, not just the issue in front of them.
- Build the requirements practices, frameworks, and standards that other: analysts and the broader team adopt, raising the bar for how Core IT approaches requirements, process design, and systems thinking.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and senior stakeholders across the: business on organizational design, systems architecture, and process strategy.
- Manage IT's engagement with the rest of the business on the programs you own:: gathering requirements, coordinating resources, planning timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
