What you'll do
Thoroughly analyze and understand customer business pain points and intricate technical challenges
Gather requirements in complex enterprise customer environments
Master Elastic solution architectural design on platforms integrating with other enterprise technologies
Create and build out customer road maps
Demonstrate technical authority by proficiently articulating complex: technical solutions in clear language, effectively persuading the audience to embrace recommended best practices while presenting and delivering Elastic's optimal solutions.
Orchestrate and implement capacity planning in mission-critical environments
What they're looking for
- Perform technical audits, upgrades, platform migrations, and use-case expansion
- Work with and guide our customers along their ever-maturing Observability journey
- Work closely with the Elastic Engineering, Product Management, and Support: teams to identify feature enhancements, extensions, and product defects
- Engage with the Elastic Sales team to scope opportunities while assessing: technical risks, questions, or concerns
