• Apply privacy-by-design principles and partner with the privacy team on: data-flow reviews, PIAs, and other privacy deliverables.
• Solicit invention disclosures, support patent strategy, and protect Cloudflare’s trade secrets.
• Partner with product and marketing teams on product marketing collateral and claim substantiation.
• Build and refine processes that enable the Legal team to scale effectively as Cloudflare continues to expand.
