What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for growth experiences across ChatGPT
Design and improve experiences across user lifecycle stages like discovery,: onboarding, activation, engagement, collaboration, conversion, and retention.
Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear hypotheses, compelling prototypes, and polished product experiences.
Set a high bar for interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, content, and end-to-end coherence.
Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, research, and: go-to-market teams to shape both strategy and execution.
Use quantitative data, experimentation, research, and qualitative insights to: identify opportunities and evaluate outcomes.

- Move fluidly between longer-term product vision and fast, iterative execution.
