What you'll do
Own the iterative improvement of design system components and patterns,: ensuring they scale across web and mobile products
Drive new system features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production delivery
Partner with Design and Engineering teams across the company to document,: define, and evangelize scalable design patterns
Lead participation in design reviews, seeking specific feedback and: incorporating relevant input to raise the quality bar
Execute on the design systems product roadmap and contribute to long-term systems strategy
+ years of professional product design experience, including a focus specifically on design systems
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable components and systems for consumer-facing web and mobile products
- Proficiency with AI design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Vercel V0, Cursor) applied to systems-level work
- Expert-level Figma skills including prototyping design system components within product screens
- Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, user: researchers, and product teams to ship systems at scale
