Product Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment on product priorities, including roadmap visibility, EOL planning, and new features (e.g., GPU upgrades, VM4 successors).
Representation: Attend and contribute to Voyager product reviews and planning sessions, ensuring every voice—from internal teams to customer-facing groups—is considered.
Growth Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between the Growth team and the Voyager product line to ensure that external, customer-facing data enhances product decisions.
Structured Intakes: Develop and implement predictable processes (e.g., templates, cadences, forums) to capture key customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges. Build off the work Division Operations has already done here (ie Growth Product Roundtables) as well as the weekly Voyager NPI Sales meetings.
