What you'll do
Partner with the Product Architect to own the product vision, roadmap, and: commercialization strategy for an EW family of systems
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product: requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and mission objectives in complex operational scenarios
Champion the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for emerging core products, variants, and accessories
Responsible for planning, directing, and measuring the seamless execution of: the product development process from NPI through manufacturing readiness, full rate production, and into sustainment
Co-Chair the product Change Control Board (CCB) with Configuration Management for production sustainment
Leverage inputs from various sources (market, growth, customer, reliability,: automation, manufacturing, scalability) and drive product level decisions with high visibility and impact to the business line and customers
What they're looking for
- Ensure status and effective communication with key stakeholders across the product development lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or equivalent experience in a complementary field
