We build the end-to-end experiences including product surfaces, platform layers, and developer workflows that make cutting-edge AI accessible, useful, and dependable at scale.
What you'll do
Develop a strategy and roadmap to efficiently scale the billing operations: and customer experience behind OpenAI’s growing product portfolio
Identify and execute opportunities to improve the order-to-cash processing: for OpenAI’s largest and most strategic customers
Build AI powered tooling for key partner teams such as Finance and User: Operations to drive better decisions and business outcomes
Collaborate with other product teams to defining OpenAI’s evolving: monetization strategies and the capabilities we need in our core billing infrastructure
Use data to better understand internal and external user needs and guide future product development
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in product,: finance, operations and engineering.
What they're looking for
- Have 6+ years of product management or related industry experience.
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science,: Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Have proven experience working in a technical environment with: cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Have world-class communication and collaboration skills in working with a: wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders
