Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.
What you'll do
Build and lead engineering teams that work in closely with operations and: maintenance teams to ensure that our processes are: safe, sustainable and profitable.
Use data to set strategy for optimization, debottlenecking and improvement of industrial scale processes
Define engineering workflows and plans for the team.
Lead design concept/development efforts, working directly with engineers to: vet/validate multiple different proposed solutions.
Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to develop equipment
Leading and participating in research and development to meet strategic objectives
What they're looking for
- Finalize design scope from initial concepts and budgets, define initial assumptions.
- Partner with the project management team to identify and document all project: design milestones and deliverables.
- Continuously monitor and measure all project design processes and activities: to identify and communicate potential issues, risks, and problems and provide corrective action options to drive to resolution.
- Serve as a final reviewer for all designs, ensuring simplicity,: cost-effectiveness, and functionality/robustness.
