Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.
What you'll do
Own shift-level production performance across all manufacturing lines,: driving output safely and efficiently against key metrics including throughput, yield, quality, and incident rates.
Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and frontline operators,: allocating people and attention to where they'll have the greatest impact as priorities shift.
Translate production schedules, material plans, and business targets into: clear daily execution your team can run on, closing the gap between plan and actual without being asked.
Work through ambiguous problems, make decisions with incomplete information,: and escalate fast when you need more resources or support.
Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, safety, and supply: chain to resolve constraints and keep production flowing with minimal disruption.
Drive continuous improvement as a default, not a project. Identify: inefficiencies across people, process, and equipment and chase them down systematically.
What they're looking for
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards,: building a culture where doing it right and doing it fast are not in conflict.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- + years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- + years in a supervisory or management role leading exempt and non-exempt teams.
