What you'll do

  • Lead the Production Planning Team: Hire, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Production Planners while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive S&OP across organizational functions: Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement , Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure production plans support business priorities and customer commitments.

  • Own Master Production Schedule (MPS): Develop and maintain production schedules that balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, labor availability, and material readiness.

  • Optimize Manufacturing Operations: Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to maximize throughput, improve schedule attainment, and minimize disruptions.

  • Manage Capacity Planning: Evaluate manufacturing capacity, labor constraints, and production resources to support both short-term execution and long-term growth.

  • Improve Planning Processes: Develop scalable planning processes, reporting, and standard work that increase efficiency and support Crusoe's rapidly expanding manufacturing footprint.

What they're looking for

  • Monitor Operational Performance: Track key performance indicators including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory health, production throughput, and planning accuracy while driving corrective actions when needed.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI): Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to successfully transition new products into production while minimizing operational risk.
  • Leverage ERP & Planning Systems: Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage production planning, inventory, work orders, and manufacturing schedules while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,: Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
