What they're looking for
- Identify, develop, and implement opportunities for increased scheduling: automation across the Starship Booster Manufacturing department with a focus on reducing the manual operations required to develop, track, and update overall schedules.
- Drive down near-term and future schedule risk by conducting work-center level: capacity analysis, identifying model and communication gaps that cause schedule slips, and leading initiatives (reactive and proactive) that mitigate those risks.
- Lead efforts to uncover root-cause and develop permanent resolution on issues: found during product builds as required to eliminate internal and external blockers to deliver product on time. Drive conversations around assembly-level and integration misalignment.
- Identify and support improvement opportunities for product yield, quality, safety, cost and team efficiency.
