What you'll do

  • Lead a team of manufacturing specialists, technicians, and equipment: maintenance personnel accountable for process development, product qualification, reliability, and high-volume ramp of silicon packages and flight/consumer hardware.

  • Own safety performance, ensuring all team members receive required: Environmental, Health & Safety training and strictly follow safety policies.

  • Develop and mentor team members through training, performance management,: career progression, hiring, and discipline.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream: Mapping, and other tools to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, lower costs, and improve throughput and quality.

  • Develop and execute daily production plans, prioritizing work based on: customer commitments, manpower, equipment capacity, and material availability.

  • Analyze production data, resolve operational issues, and lead root cause: analysis (5Why, 8D, A3) and corrective actions to maintain quality and meet customer requirements.

What they're looking for

  • Partner with engineering and process leaders on design for manufacturability,: process standardization, and variation reduction.
  • Act as the primary technical decision-maker for the team on production, efficiency, and personnel matters.
  • Associate’s degree & 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/test: environment, or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
  • + years of hands-on experience with safety-critical systems, mechanical: assemblies, automated equipment, and multi-axis heavy equipment.
