What you'll do
Own full P&L performance for a fast-growing portfolio of Advanced Effects: products, spanning revenue, margin, cost structure, working capital, and investment returns
Drive strategic financial analysis that sharpens how we think about unit: economics, pricing, cost-down levers, and capital allocation across the portfolio
Set the long-term financial vision for your business area, collaborating with: AD&S leadership to define profitability targets, product mix strategy, and growth roadmaps
Lead cross-functional development of the annual operating plan, translating: strategy into financial targets and holding the business accountable through monthly forecasting and reporting
Build and improve the processes, models, and systems that bring financial: rigor at scale, automating what's manual, standardizing what's ad hoc, and creating tooling that keeps pace with growth
Deliver crisp narratives and decision-quality memos that give AD&S and Finance leaders the clarity to act
What they're looking for
- Advanced degree MBA, CFA and/or CPA.
