The opportunity
Dropbox is looking for a Program Manager within our People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team (PORT). You will join a talented team to deliver operational services, optimize people processes and ensure that Dropboxers have amazing experience throughout their career.
What you'll do
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program.
Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions from MSP.
Partner with the MSP, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, Procurement, and: other stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution.
Monitor program processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement: improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Maintain and continuously improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance.
Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management
- Strong customer-service skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
