What you'll do
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure cost: control and compliance with financial plans.
Review invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, and project costs for accuracy: and proper allocation within the accounting system.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, profitability: assessments, and draft/final customer invoices.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve project performance and profitability.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on financial planning,: forecasting, contract management, and project execution.
Reconcile supplier purchases, inventory usage, and third-party costs against project records and reports.
What they're looking for
- Support accounting functions, including gross margin analysis, revenue: accruals, purchase order processing, and month-end close activities.
- Provide financial guidance during project meetings and ensure compliance with: internal policies, regulatory requirements, and HSEQ standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives supporting ISO and: organizational quality, environmental, and safety objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
