Track Change Order Requests (CORs) and Subcontractor Change Orders, ensuring: accurate Work Breakdown Structure and Schedule of Values.
What they're looking for
- Attend weekly design alignment meetings and manage the Sub Document Tracking: Log to ensure timely pricing and sequential COR submissions.
- Lead and manage weekly change management meetings, maintaining and updating tracking logs.
- Review and verify Subcontractor Change Item Logs, ticket work, and cost: allocations weekly; incorporate into SCOs monthly.
- Ensure timely issuance of SCOs and PCCOs for billing and project controls.
