  • Review Factory Witness Testing (FWT) / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): scripts and provide comments as necessary.
  • Develop and manage the offsite commissioning plan, schedule, and resource: allocation across multiple vendors and pre-fabrication sites.
  • Develop and maintain commissioning checklists, test scripts, and verification documents.
