What you'll do
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees,: subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Develop and manage project execution plans, including scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and milestones.
Provide overall leadership for project delivery from planning through completion and closeout.
Coordinate all project activities to ensure safe, efficient execution in: accordance with contract requirements and specifications.
Lead and align project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors,: consultants, and clients, to achieve project objectives.
Ensure alignment between field execution and project goals, including: schedule, cost, quality, and productivity performance.
