The opportunity

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence . As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads.

What you'll do

  • New Product Introduction Programs: Own NPI program plans for new LV and MV product introductions, including stage gates, deliverables, and go/no-go criteria for production release.

  • Design for Manufacturability: Drive DFM reviews with Engineering — challenge designs on labor content, part count, standardization, and line compatibility before release.

  • Certification and Listing: Coordinate UL, ANSI/IEEE, seismic and arc-resistant certification activities, including test lab scheduling, sample builds, and documentation.

  • Production Readiness Package: Develop routings, work instructions, station layouts, tooling and fixture requirements, test procedures, and quality inspection criteria.

  • Prototype and First Article Builds: Lead pilot builds on the floor, capturing build issues, cycle times, and rework drivers, and driving corrective action into both the design and the process.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain to qualify new components and suppliers, establish sourcing for new BOM content, and validate lead times against target production rates.

What they're looking for

  • Cost Standards: Establish target cost and labor standards for new products and validate them against actual pilot build performance. You own the accuracy of your program cost model, maintain it to the PMO reporting standard and cadence, and sign the monthly cost-to-complete position that feeds the program economics review.
  • Production Handoff: Coordinate the transition to production project management — no new product transitions until the receiving team has a complete, validated build package.
  • Strategic Change & Risk Management: Maintain the NPI portfolio schedule and report status, risk, and gate position to Power Distribution and PMO leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Feed field and factory performance data back into product improvement cycles after launch.
