  • Maintain accurate reports and records (e.g. CCP & PCP records, line verification records, GMPs).
  • Input and verify data in QA tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, QA App, IMT, WMS, Datalit)
  • Address quality concerns and best before date (BBD ) issues on the production lines as needed.
  • Ensure all Out of Spec findings are managed according to established: procedures, including Deviation, Corrective Action & Preventative Measures, Food Safety Assessments and Product Holds.
