What you'll do
Receive MRB hardware from Incoming, stage it on racks, and process it through MRB
Review Issue Tickets and rejection paperwork on receipt; get senders to fix bad info or wrong routing
Coordinate logistics with on-site and off-site teams for nonconforming material delivery
Get dispositions from Engineering (Repair, Use As Is, Scrap & Destroy, etc.)
Keep outgoing hardware moving to workcenters, other sites for rework, or scrap
Process hardware with laptops, cameras, and iPads; paint, tag, remove stickers, and apply scrap markings
What they're looking for
- Keep documentation and tracking accurate; audit Issue Tickets for rationale,: deviation docs, and disposition verification
- Help quarantine suspect product and update production leadership on containment and disposition status
- Implement and audit FOD and tool control
- Use measurement tools and devices for inspection and verification
