What you'll do
Partner with Finance and Real Estate Leadership to maintain REWS long-range portfolio plan
Create and maintain flexible portfolio models and manage complex scenario planning initiatives
Develop portfolio optimization recommendations aligned with business growth,: financial objectives, and employee experience
Conduct financial, operational, and portfolio analyses to support strategic real estate decision-making
Support development of executive-ready business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations
Translate complex portfolio tradeoffs into clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
What they're looking for
- Develop and maintain recurring portfolio reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and decision support for high-priority REWS cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with Finance, Workplace, People, IT, and Real Estate stakeholders: globally to support portfolio planning initiatives
- Help establish scalable planning frameworks, reporting standards, and: governance processes as Databricks continues to grow
