What you'll do
Perform documentation review and verification of certifications,: specifications, and conformance to design requirements through eCerts or physical copies
Complete receiving transactions of incoming product per established procedures
Approve or reject items and documents based on inspection results as required
Communicate with internal customers and suppliers to resolve inspection: discrepancies, documentation issues, and packaging damage
Use electronic MRP system to document issues and route parts and components to proper departments
Resolve nonconformance and documentation issues, support quality management: system policies and procedure documentation, assess compliance to company and industry standards, and participate in continual improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
What they're looking for
- Communicate and resolve roadblocks timely and accurately to ensure delivery and on-time receipt status
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- + years of receiving, precision, or metrological inspection experience
- Familiar with AS9100 Quality Management System standard
