What you'll do
Own the full lifecycle of the Main App Search product at Binance, including: Discovery Page, Search Result Page, etc.
Drive core business metrics such as trade conversion, CTR, and business: traffic through systematic product iterations and roadmap planning.
Independently own requirements, write PRDs, coordinate engineering: implementation, launch features, and track results end-to-end.
Collaborate closely with engineering, business, and data teams; respond and: resolve online incidents and issues immediately as first responder.
Understand crypto user behavior deeply, differentiate new and experienced: users, and optimize search experience and conversion accordingly.
What they're looking for
- + years experience working for search product features.
- Ability to turn complex information requirements into clear product: solutions, ensuring high data accuracy and low latency.
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work with: cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech) to streamline search production and distribution workflows.
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin for effective global stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related: field; technical or engineering background is a bonus for bridging product and tech challenges.
