The opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team without ever compromising on experience. This is a high-velocity role at the heart of our hiring engine.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first: touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch
Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and: competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed
Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers,: anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier
Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet
Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows
Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency
