- Analytical and first-principles oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex risk tradeoffs
- Consistently deliver high-quality work quickly and take initiative from day one
- Low ego, high ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations
- + years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company
- Proven track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to execution
