What you'll do
Manage recruiting logistics by coordinating between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the hiring team
Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile and help: identify top talent through interview support, events, and sourcing as needed
Process contractor conversions and support related hiring-process administration
Drive program management to measure and track hiring efficiency for the assigned scope or core area of focus
Learn about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about: our programs with candidates and client groups
Assist the recruiting team with special projects and administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
What they're looking for
- LENGTH OF POSITION: 6 months (permanent hire conversion based on performance and business need)
- LOCATION: Starbase, TX (requires being onsite: remote work not considered)
- SHIFT: standard business hours
- Bachelor’s degree, or associate’s degree and 1+ years of experience in: recruiting, human resources, or business operations
