The opportunity
You'll join SumUp's Finance Leadership Team at an important moment for our business across Brazil, Latin America and the wider Americas region. This role combines hands-on leadership of core finance activities with governance and oversight of credit, receivables and merchant liquidity management.
What you'll do
Lead day-to-day finance activities across Brazil, Latin America and the USA,: ensuring accurate reporting and clear insight for business decisions
Partner with FP&A, Treasury and Global Tax on forecasting, performance: analysis, tax execution, cash flow and other core finance activities
Provide governance and oversight for credit, receivables and merchant: liquidity management, working with relevant teams to identify risks and strengthen controls
Lead financial governance and compliance, including audits, financial: statement integrity, statutory requirements and regulatory obligations
Take on formal statutory responsibilities within the first 6 to 12 months in the role
Build and develop a high-performing finance organisation across the Americas,: while supporting finance operations in multiple expansion markets as the business grows
