What you'll do
Provide leadership and oversight for substation EPC and construction: projects, including greenfield, brownfield, BESS, renewable energy, and industrial power facilities.
Manage regional programs and project portfolios to achieve safety, quality,: schedule, and financial objectives.
Work with field leadership to forecast and plan regional resource: requirements based on current and projected workloads.
Regularly visit project sites to support field operations, safety initiatives, and project execution.
Directly manage projects and assume full project management responsibilities when necessary.
Partner with the General Manager and Vice President to support the strategic: development and growth of the region.
