What you'll do

  • Support the Singapore CCO in preparing, coordinating, and maintaining: materials required for new license applications, including supporting documents, governance materials, regulatory submissions, trackers and responses to follow-up queries.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating Singapore-specific compliance: policies, procedures, job aids, controls descriptions, and governance documentation to support local regulatory requirements and licensing commitments Support the enhancement and ongoing maintenance of Coinbase Singapore’s AML/CFT, sanctions and broader regulatory compliance framework in line with applicable MAS rules, notices, guidelines, and internal standards.

  • Prepare clear, well-structured written materials for senior management,: Board, auditors, and regulators, including governance decks, issue summaries, risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation updates, and regulatory briefing papers.

  • Track regulatory commitments, licensing conditions, control enhancements, and: remediation actions arising from internal reviews, external reviews, audits, or regulatory feedback. Coinbase Singapore’s compliance function is responsible for tracking and taking corrective action to remediate findings.

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of management information,: governance reporting, and status reporting across the Singapore compliance program, drawing on the broader Coinbase Compliance Manager model for reporting, metrics, and issue tracking.

  • Support regulatory engagements, inspections, and information requests by: organizing documentation, validating evidence, and helping prepare concise, accurate responses.

What they're looking for

  • Contribute to compliance training and awareness efforts for relevant: stakeholders. Coinbase Singapore’s AML/CFT framework requires training materials and attendance records to be maintained and risk-based training to be delivered where required.
  • + years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance: with a MAS regulated Singapore entity.
  • Direct experience supporting regulatory license applications, major: regulatory change programs, regulatory remediation or supervisory engagements in Singapore.
  • Strong working knowledge of MAS Securities and Future Act and corresponding: rules and regulations, notices and circulars
