What you'll do
Lead high-impact technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams,: product domains, and business functions.
Define clear goals, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
Build realistic program plans and hold teams accountable to committed deliverables.
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and conflicts and drive them to resolution.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align roadmaps across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
Provide clear visibility into program progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
What they're looking for
- Drive launch readiness, operational readiness, migrations, and other critical cross-functional initiatives.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, including prioritization, estimation,: capacity planning, and resource alignment.
- Establish effective processes that improve execution and predictability across the Omnichannel organization.
- Act as a trusted technical partner for key merchants using Flexport's Omnichannel products and services.
