What you'll do
Regulatory, audit, or compliance inquiries and user complaints across Europe,: North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. AI governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, DSA, and OSA)
Regional content moderation and online safety requirements in markets: including EU, UK, Brazil, Indonesia, and Australia
Trust & Safety incidents that intersect with regulatory obligations
Privacy and intellectual property escalations e.g. privacy rights requests or copyright takedowns
Perform risk evaluations and investigations to shape the safety of our users: and compliance with regulatory frameworks
Act as incident manager for highly sensitive regulatory reviews, coordinating: with Legal on the interpretation of legal and regulatory standards
What they're looking for
- Interface directly with Legal, Governance Risk & Compliance, Privacy,: Product, Policy and Support teams to coordinate escalations and resolution paths
- Implement operational workflows for regulatory compliance and build and: maintain tooling, escalation playbooks, and knowledge domains
- Contribute to vendor training and governance models, especially during transitions and ramp-up phases
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our regulatory and legal infrastructure
