What you'll do
Execute thermal, humidity, salt fog, vibration, pressure testing.
Execute on processing returns from fleet failures to identify the root cause.
Identify process improvements and efficiencies to continuously improve the lab and returns operations.
Partner with hardware reliability engineering to root cause novel failures.
High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in electrical hardware root cause.
- Experience troubleshooting electronics hardware and/or RF communication systems.
- Experience operating standard test equipment (thermal, salt fog, humidity: chambers, vibration tables, pressure fixtures).
- Self-starter attitude, energy, and the ability to communicate effectively: across business and technical discipline.
